Welcome to the Department of Housing and Residence Education

Our mission is to provide well-maintained, community-oriented facilities where residents and staff are empowered to learn, innovate, and succeed. This department is responsible for maintaining facilities and programming in support of the on-campus community. Approximately 7,500 students live in single-student residence halls. Nearly 1,900 students and their families also live on campus in 980 apartments arranged in Village Communities.
