- Select, supervise, train & evaluate 12 undergraduate staff members and 1 graduate staff member.
- Reports to Assistant Director of Housing for Residence Life.

Assistant Director for Conduct & Community Standards
Job Description
- Full-time live-on professional staff member
- Administratively responsible for coordinating the residential student judicial system.
- Supervises 1 graduate staff member, 1 senior secretary and 1-2 student workers.
- Oversees revision and updating of the Housing & Residence Education Community Standards.
- Provides training to staff and students regarding the residential judicial process.
- Meets with students in the residential judicial process and makes final decisions on sanctions. Serves as an appeal officer for the residential judicial process.
- Consults and collaborates with the Dean of Students’ office regarding conduct issues. Serves as the liaison with Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution.
- Reports to the Director of Housing for Residence Life & Education.

Assistant Director for Residential Curriculum and Assessment
Job Description
- Full time professional staff member responsible for programs and services in the residence halls and village communities, which support the academic mission of the University of Florida.
- Provides direction and coordination of Residence Life and Education assessment efforts.
- Develops and coordinates academic courses instructed through the Department of Housing and Residence education (Choices in Leadership and Scholarship at UF, RA class, etc…)
- Develops training programs and curriculum for professional staff, and provides ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
