Location: Broward Hall

The Out of Stater Gators LLC in Broward Hall is a community of Gators from outside the state of Florida, and focuses on the unique needs and interests of this population. Resources include a dedicated section of First Year Florida taught in hall, an advisor-in-residence who lives and works in Broward, and exclusive access to the Broward Teaching Center, which supports tutoring, exam reviews, and study skills development.

How to Join:

Shortly after the official notification is sent to students admitted to the University of Florida, the housing Assignments Office will send housing contracts to students that have an active housing application on file. Students who complete the housing contract process (sign the contract and pay the prepayment) will be able to indicate hall/room preferences. During that time you will be asked if you are interested in living in an LLC and if so, which one. Simply indicate Out of Stater Gators at Broward Hall as your choice. Students will then be preassigned to Broward Hall, as space allows based on their application date.
