Living on campus means being in the center of all the action and moments away from your classes and friends. Don't wait to apply for Housing! Housing is not reserved for first-year students, so applying early allows you to secure your spot in line for your room selection.
Student Housing Agreement
Complete your Student Housing Agreement by reviewing the terms and conditions and signing the agreement on or before May 1. If capacity is reached before that date, a waitlist will be enacted. Students will be offered agreements off the waitlist in priority order as spaces become available. Your Housing Agreement ensures you a space in a residence hall but does not guarantee a specific building, room type or room rate.
Students who have been accepted into the Honors Program are invited to live in Honors Village, the university's newest on-campus housing community. By signing your Student Housing Agreement by April 1, you will be guaranteed a space in Honors Village.
Preferences and assignments
Once your Agreement is complete, it's time to start selecting preferences! Preferences will help guide and prepare you for your room assignment. While preferences are not guaranteed, our team does our absolute best to match you with your choices. Preferences include Living Learning Communities and roommates.
Room selection
With your preferences submitted, it's time to select a room. You will receive an email with your appointment time. This time is determined by when you completed your Housing Application. At your schedule appointment time, you can select a room. If you are in a roommate group, the person with the earliest appointment time will select the room on behalf of the group.

With your application submitted, Student Housing Agreement compete, and your room assigned, you are now set to live life in The Swamp. We will send you details about packing, community expectations, and the Move-In process closer to your first semester.
