Whether you are a visiting professor or lecturer for a department here on campus, completing rotational programs for your higher degree, visiting us from abroad and working for the University, or are affiliated with a campus organization, we can assist in providing lodging for your stay!
We offer a limited number of fully furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments across the University of Florida campus. These Guest Apartments are available year-round for individuals and small groups affiliated with the University, with stays ranging from a minimum of three nights to a maximum of six months.

FEATURES & INCLUSIONS
The nightly rate includes all utilities, internet, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, and flatware. Bed and bath linens are also provided, with laundering service once per week. Please note that smaller appliances, such as hair dryers, flat irons, and other bathroom-related toiletries, must be supplied by guests if needed.

ELIGIBILITY
Guest Apartments are available for individuals and small groups year-round that are affiliated with the University of Florida. This can include students from other institutions working on advanced degrees, visiting lecturers and professors, graduate interns or other similar parties.
The Guest Apartments cannot be utilized by University of Florida students or associated parties.
Rates & Payment
The rates and availability of our spaces are based on factors like how many people you're looking to accommodate and how long you'd like to stay. A completed contract and full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the contracted check-in date to receive room keys.
