Conference Services manages various meeting and event spaces that are located across the heart of the Gator Nation! Spaces are available based on time of year and the needs of the group.

Please note that all event space requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days in advance of the potential event date. The Conference Services team is unable to accept late and day-of event requests.

Conferences Services provides meeting and event space reservations to both UF and external organizations.

Rates & Payment

The rates of our meeting and event spaces are based on space size. A completed contract and full payment must be received at least 3 business days prior to your contracted meeting or event date to receive access to the space.
