
Responsibilities
- Assist with peer-based education and outreach around sensitive issues including one-on-one meetings, group presentations, presentations to residents, and staff trainings
 - Develop and distribute conduct training material and information to staff focused on the conduct process and community standards
 - Assist with collecting benchmarking information to update the community standards annually
 - Provide administrative support including answering phones, record management, routing calls appropriately and answering questions related to conduct and community standards
 - Maintain privacy and confidentiality of student records in accordance with the appropriate regulations
 - Assist residents or visitors with inquiries regarding different residential facilities, university locations or services
 
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus
 - Must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average
 - Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with customer service in a professional office setting
 - Ability to actively listen, manage conflict, and interact with respect for others
 - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication)
 - Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness
