The interview process is an opportunity for our team to learn more about a candidate, but it is also an opportunity for you to learn about our team as well. When a staff member reaches out to schedule an interview, they should explain the interview process in an effort to set you up for success. In most cases, candidates will meet with a full-time staff member and/or current student staff member. You’ll be asked questions that allow you to discuss your experiences, abilities, and ways you may make an immediate impact within our organization. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions to gain further insights into our team as well. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to gain an understanding of the position and our expectations before joining our team.

Each of our positions is unique, and we encourage you to learn about each one and the requirements they may have. Some positions may require students to be available for 20 hours each week, while others may be more flexible.
